Education and mindfulness leader Prabha Makayee leads a program that teaches participants how to be more aware of the present moment, without judgment. This restorative session uses guided imagery to help you relax your body and mind as well meditation interludes that allow you to sit quietly while you focus on your breathing and body sensations.
