With over 20 years in performing arts, Seema brings a genuine, humble, and welcoming energy to every class. After studying in New York City and choreographing for stages at all levels—local to international—she now shares her passion through dance, stretch, and ballet barre classes designed for all ages and experience levels. Seema is dedicated to building confidence, encouraging positivity, and helping students feel good in their bodies through the joy of movement.
