Craft Explorers - No Bake Trail Mix Cups

Please Note:  This is a food program.  Parents/Guardians of children with food allergies or sensitivities should review the full list of ingredients below. 

• 1/2 cup finely crushed pretzels 
• 1 cup crispy rice cereal "rice krispies"
• 1/2 cup chopped nuts, seeds, or a combo of both see examples in post (we will omit the nuts and use sunflower and pumpkin seeds)
• 1/4 cup raisins or other dried fruit chopped (we will add dried apricots)
• 1/2 cup natural peanut butter, almond butter, or sunflower seed butter (we will use sunflower seed butter)
• 3 Tbsp honey
• pinch fine salt omit if nut butter is salted
