With Lisa Liotta - for all fitness levels 

This class starts with breathing exercises to come into the present moment, followed by sun salutations, static   postures, core strength, and relaxation period.  Vinyasa Flow Yoga will help you with strength, flexibility, focus, and a sense of  well being and calm.  Lisa is a certified Yoga instructor as well as a certified Personal Fitness Trainer with over 25 years experience.
