Welcome to the Brookfield Mindfulness Practice. In this one hour bi-monthly program we will learn how we can be alert, aware and awake to our innate ability to manage ourselves in all life situations. In one second, with one thought and one breath we can check, take charge and change our moods and emotions by mindfully restoring our thoughts from a negative to positive perspective.
