Every month we will read a new play, then meet up to discuss it and read key scenes out loud together. Perfect for bookworms and thespians alike!

This month, we will be reading Arsenic and Old Lace by Joseph Kesselring. Scripts are available for pick-up at the Circulation Desk.

Arsenic and Old Lace is a farcical black comedy in which a newly engaged theater critic discovers his beloved spinster aunts are homicidal maniacs, and that madness runs in the family. It is best known by its 1944 film adaptation starring Cary Grant.

Curtain Callers is a collaboration with the Brookfield Theatre, and is hosted at their location next door at 184 Whisconier Rd.
