The school year is almost over. With tests, exams, and final projects all right around the corner, teens are probably starting to feel a little pressure. Stop by and learn ten helpful tips to reduce stress from Dr. Wendy Hurwitz.

Parents and caregivers are welcome to attend and learn some tips for the teens in their lives.
